We are thrilled to announce that Phase 2 of the Twin Oaks Park Lighting Upgrade is officially underway! Following the successful completion of Phase 1 in 2025—which brought us essential infrastructure and those sleek, remotely controlled light poles—we are now moving into the final stages of making our park safer and more beautiful than ever.
We’re not just adding lights; we’re enhancing your entire park experience! This phase includes:
Enhanced Connectivity: Major upgrades to the park’s internet infrastructure.
Path Lighting: New, bright illumination along all park entrances and the back path near the Autumn Leaf gate and gazebo.
Atmospheric Accents: Stunning under-railing lighting along the bridge and sun deck for a premium evening look.
Approved by the Board of Aldermen in early 2025, this project is designed to extend the hours you can enjoy the park. Whether it’s a late-evening stroll or a family gathering as the sun sets, these upgrades ensure Twin Oaks Park remains a safe, modern, and welcoming space for everyone.
