The City of Twin Oaks operates under the Mayor-Council-Administrator form of government, whereby the Mayor and Board of Aldermen adopt and amend the policies of the City, and the City Administrator and City staff are responsible for carrying those policies out and implementing City programs. The Board of Aldermen meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 6:30 pm.
