The City of Twin Oaks offers residents many opportunities to get involved and volunteer in our community.

Volunteer for city events or community work days

Sign up for our email list by creating an account in our Citizen Services Portal and we'll contact you with volunteer opportunities throughout the year.  We will also share volunteer opportunities with local nonprofit organizations. 

If you're a local nonprofit and would like to ask the City to share an upcoming volunteer opportunity, contact the City Administrator.

Run for election to the Board of Aldermen

Obtain candidate filing forms at City Hall or at the St. Louis County Board of Elections (BOE) office, complete and return to the BOE office at 725 Northwest Plaza Drive in St. Ann.  Board of Elections staff is available to assist in completing election paperwork and answer any questions you may have about financial disclosure, campaign finance and more.

Additional Requirements for Candidate Filing by State Law:

    Candidate must file an Affidavit of Tax Payments with the Missouri Department of Revenue, and submit a copy of the completed form with the Declaration of Candidacy [§115.306 RSMo]
    Candidate must file a Personal Financial Disclosure with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
    Candidates are subject to Campaign Finance Requirements and should consult the Missouri Ethics Commission to ensure compliance.
