The Whitmore Pavilion in Twin Oaks Park is available for reservations for groups of less than 50 people from April through October each year. Whitmore Pavilion reservations are accepted on a rolling basis and are not final until the City receives your signed application and rental fee. Use of the Whitmore Pavilion without a reservation during the off-season, November thru March, is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All reservations must be made via credit card, and the card on file will be charged in the event of any damage or excessive clean up needed.
Location and Parking Information
Twin Oaks Park is located 1 Twin Oaks Court and can be accessed by vehicle by going west on Crescent Avenue from Meramec Station Road. Visitor Parking is limited to the 30 parallel spots along the east side of Twin Oaks Court. For the safety of all park patrons, there is no unloading zone near the pavilion, ALL vehicles must remain in the parking area. The parking area is roughly 300 yards from the pavilion; it is advised to bring a hand truck or wagon to assist with unloading and transport to the pavilion.
Parking is available in designated areas only. Parking of vehicles on grassy areas and on the basketball / multipurpose court is prohibited. Physically Disabled Parking with a visible permit is available in designated areas adjacent to the multipurpose court. Violators will be ticketed.
Park Rules and Regulations
The Park Rules and Regulations are set out in Chapter 220 of the Twin Oaks City Code. Only one reservation is allowed per day. If the calendar shows a city event or confirmed reservation, that date is not available for any additional reservations.
