A permit is required for any commercial activity in Twin Oaks Park, including professional photography sessions, including family photos, graduation photos, event photos, fitness classes, etc. Commercial and hobby photographers are welcome to shoot the nature and scenery in the park without a permit for their own personal use, or to submit a photo for our yearly calendar.
The fee for commercial activity is $100 per session, and is limited to 1 hour and less than 10 people. The permit must be acquired at least one business day before the scheduled session. If there are more than 10 people please contact the City office at (636) 225-7873.
