City Hall Community Room

Twin Oaks City Hall offers a community room space overlooking the city that is available to the public to reserve for small special events and meetings.
Reservations are open to residents, non-residents, businesses and nonprofit organizations on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to Twin Oaks residents. 

 All reservations are subject to availability of staff and capacity limits. Please note this is not a full service event space and no kitchen facilities are available.  


Community Room reservation fees are $50 per hour for both residents and non residents for events taking place outside of City Hall business hours.  Set up and clean up time must be included in the requested reservation times. All reservations must be made via credit card, and the card on file will be charged in the event of any damage or excessive clean up needed. 


Reservations for 2026 will open on January 5, 2026.
