The Goat Mowers are Coming to Twin Oaks Park

Forget the noisy lawnmowers and gas fumes—Twin Oaks Park is getting a serious upgrade in the form of four-legged weed whackers!

Join us Saturday, May 8th for the Greatest parade Of All Time (G.O.A.T.) as we officially welcome our new landscaping crew to the park. These professional munchers will be taking over our brush-clearing duties, tackling everything from overgrown brambles to poison ivy in the northwoods area with style and grace (and a lot of tail-wagging).

The goats will remain in a temporarily fenced area in the north woods part of the park for at least a week.

🌿 Why Goats?

Our new Eco-Mower Brigade is here to help us go green!

  1. Eco-Friendly: Zero emissions, just organic fertilization. 💩

  2. Agile: They can reach the steep slopes our tractors can’t touch.

  3. Hungry: They actually love the weeds we hate (looking at you, poison ivy!).

⚠️ A Friendly Reminder: These guys are here to work! Please keep your pups on a leash and refrain from feeding the landscaping crew—they have a very strict diet of... well, everything already in the park.

Come out, cheer on the Kid Crew, and help us kick off a greener season in Twin Oaks!
