Park Pavilion & Community Room Reservation Updates for 2026

In 2025, the Twin Oaks Board of Aldermen approved updated reservation policies for our two popular community spaces — the Whitmore Pavilion at Twin Oaks Park and the Community Room at City Hall. These updates will take effect when the 2026 reservation season opens on January 5, 2026.

2026 Reservation Fees

Whitmore Pavilion at Twin Oaks Park (one reservation per day)
• $25 for Twin Oaks residents
• $100 for non-residents

Community Room at City Hall
• $50 per hour outside of regular business hours (after 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends)
• Rate applies to both residents and non-residents

All reservations must be made using a credit card. A card will be kept on file and charged in the event of damage or excessive cleanup needed. Deposits are no longer required.

Nonprofit organizations hosting events with fewer than 50 attendees are encouraged to call 636-225-7873 for additional reservation information.

Please note that pavilion reservations will not be available after July 2, 2026, due to scheduled construction projects in Twin Oaks Park. During this time, the park will remain open for pedestrian access only, and parking along the access road will not be available.
