Yes, fishing is generally allowed in the lake within Twin Oaks Park on a catch and release basis. The lakes are stocked with koi only. All fish must be returned alive to the lake. Please be mindful of others when casting near the park pathways.
The City follows the State of Missouri Conservation regulations for fishing, and fishing licenses are required to fish within the park. To view all of the regulations on fishing as well as the Park regulations see Chapter 220 of the City codebook by clicking here.
The City may, from time to time, suspend fishing due to restocking or pond conditions. No fishing signs will be posted when such conditions arise.
