City of Twin Oaks 311 tickets are generally reviewed during normal business hours, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The purpose of this system is to allow convenient access to report concerns, leading to greater efficiency, accountability and transparency into non-emergency City services. 

How to Use This System:

  1. Log into the system or create an account – you must be logged in so we can identify you and respond more efficiently.
  2. Select a Service Type – each service request is routed to the appropriate city department or staff member.
  3. Create a Request – enter details about the issue, including its location. Please include a photo when possible.
  4. Review and Submit – review your information and submit the request. It will be linked to your account, allowing you to log into the portal to track progress and manage your requests.
